Portland in a Nutshell

Portland, Oregon is a city bathed in emerald forests, crossed by rivers, and rooted in fertile valleys where much of the local produce grows, which fuels the farm-to-table food culture that draws people to its many restaurants. My family heritage has been rooted in Portland since the 1840’s and, although I no longer live in this city I love so much, I visit often and continue to explore and discover lovely boutiques, fabulous restaurants, quirky neighborhoods and a plethora of artists and creatives. I love visiting the many blossoming gardens that dot the city and beyond and hike the lush forest trails, whether along the coast, in the mountains or in the urban forest so unique to Portland.
