The organic loose leaf teas at Mountain Rose Herbs are delicious and beautiful. I’m enjoying the ruby red Hibiscus High Tea, especially iced, on these warm summer days. The tea contains hibiscus flowers, honeybush, rosehips, lemongrass, spearmint leaf, orange peel and rose petals. I like to brew it with additional dried hibiscus flowers (purchased online). With a few leaves of lemon balm or mint plucked from the garden and a spoonful of honey, it’s the perfect cooling summer infusion.
Make ice cubes with the above tea and a whole dried hibiscus flower to keep your tea from diluting while sipping.
